On February 26 2021, HSDF Hosted a virtual symposium recognizing women leadership, past and present, at the Department of Homeland Security. A series of keynotes and panel discussions examined DHS efforts to foster women talent, the lasting impact of women leadership on the agency, obstacles women have to overcome in security-related fields, and best practices for federal agencies to create a diverse and inclusive workforce.
