Taylor Ray has worked for the U.S. Border Patrol since 2010 and currently serves as the Director of the Enforcement Systems Division (ESD). He concurrently serves as the Acquisition Program Manager for the Border Patrol Enforcement Systems (BPES), a CBP Level II investment. In these roles, Mr. Ray manages a portfolio of IT systems, equipment, and services that support the planning, detection, classification, and analysis of illegal border activity. Mr. Ray is certified Level III in Program Management and holds Masters degrees from the National Intelligence University and the U.S. Army War College.
