Harley Ray Shuler is currently the Acting Deputy Assistant Director for Homeland Security Investigations, Cyber Crimes Center. He is responsible for the operations and management of all agency resources regarding Child Exploitation, Computer Forensics, and Cyber Investigations.

Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Shuler was the Division Chief for Systems Development, Assistant Special Agent in Charge for SAC Nashville, and the Unit Chief for the Office of Technology and Cyber Division where he was responsible for the communication intercept program and Title-III investigations.

Mr. Shuler has held additional positions throughout his career, serving as a Section Chief for Technical Operations, Program Manager in Emergency Management, Program Manager for the Tactical Medical Program, and Resident Agent in Charge of the Hendersonville, North Carolina office.

Mr. Shuler has 29 years of law enforcement experience, beginning his career with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department in 1992. Mr. Shuler holds a Bachelor of Criminal Justice from Gardner Webb University.
