Nick Martinelli is the Director, Information Technology Contracting Division with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Over the course of his nearly fifteen-year government career, Mr. Martinelli has supported the CBP Office of Information and Technology, Office of Field Operations, U.S. Border Patrol, Office of Finance, and the Office of Facilities and Asset Management as an operational Contracting Officer and Supervisory Contract Specialist. In 2022, he spent a year as Supervisory Contract Specialist at the Department of Education Federal Student Aid overseeing the multi-billion dollar federal student loan servicing contracts. Mr. Martinelli is a graduate of the CBP Leadership Institute, Department of Homeland Security Executive Development Program for Acquisition Professionals, and Partnership for Public Service Leadership Excellence in Acquisition Program.
