Monrovia Jackson is GDIT’s Priority Telecommunications Services (PTS) Program Manager for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Monrovia oversees the teams that manages the PTS application operations, reporting and maintenance as well as PTS Telecommunication Carriers life-cycle Implementations.
Monrovia previously served as a task order team lead for GDIT’s Department of Homeland Security business where she managed on-time execution of customer requirements, contracted deliverables, cost and performance. Prior to this role she served as a service delivery manager for a variety of government customers.
Monrovia earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University. She is a wife and a mom. In her spare time, she loves working with youth and singing.
